About Rhea

Hi,
I'm Rhea, a Women's Health Physiotherapist and Strength Coach.

A mum to 3 wild and energetic boys.

An exercise enthusiast, a coffee afficianado, a beach lover.

I graduated from Curtin University with a BSc(Physiotherapy) with Distinction in 2009. After an initial stint in rural WA I spent 9 years in a busy private practice in Karrinyup. As a polestar trained Pilates practitioner, I carved a niche specialising in Clinical Pilates. Here is where I gained my love of facilitating classes and saw the power of empowering patients to actively control their own rehabilitation and strength journey.

Exercise, and particularly strength training, has always been an important tenet of my own life and here I saw its ability to change my patient's lives positively - both physically and mentally - time and time again.

In 2017 I decided to follow my growing passion for Women's Health and returned to Curtin Univeristy to complete my Masters degree in Women's Health and Continence.

In 2020 my family moved to the Pilbara where I ran a small private practice, taught pilates and worked extensively with local sporting clubs on injury prevention and rehabilitation. I loved being a part of small town community life and still travel regularly to provide Womens Health Clinics in the Pilbara.

I currently see patients at The Pelvic Physio Collective in Duncraig. In 2026, I brought my vision to life by founding Reset Women's Strength—an inclusive, evidence-based, and empowering postnatal strength training program.

My goal is to support and educate women as they rebuild their strength and fitness during the postpartum period. I strive to create a space that validates the physical challenges of pregnancy and birth while honoring the incredible resilience of mothers. By guiding mums through their rehabilitation, my mission is to educate and empower them to feel completely confident in what their bodies can achieve

Outside of work I juggle a busy life as a mother of 3 rapidly growing boys and a FIFO wife.

I love to be physically active, both in the gym and along our beautiful coastline. Most days you can find me on the beach, ferrying my boys to sport or enjoying an iced long black in a patch of sunshine.
